  • Amesbury Athletic Club - Come from Stonehenge and wear magic green vests.
  • Ampthill and Flitwick Flyers - Small friendly, very active running club based in Flitwick, Bedfordshire.
  • Arena 80 AC - Over 100 members, and claims to have one of the strongest women's team in England.

  • Axe Valley Runners - Based in Seaton, East Devon, and organise the 'Grizzly' and the Colyton 10k.

  • Black Combe Runners - Small Cumbrian fell and road running club on the south west edge of the Lake District, which organises four races.
  • Blackheath Harriers - Bromley, Kent. Caters for all aspects of running. One of the oldest athletic clubs in the world.
  • Blyth RC - Based near Newcastle, in south-east Northumberland, and formed soon after the first Great North Run. Detailed site with archives going back to 1998.

  • City of Norwich AC - One of the largest athletic clubs in the East of England, and promise a warm welcome to anyone interested in athletics.
  • Clayton-le-Moors Harriers - Lancashire. Road, cross-country, and fell runners; were the first club to introduce lady members to fell running.

  • Dorking and Mole Valley AC - Caters for runners of 5 and up through junior and adult sections. Competes in local leagues and organises two races: the Dorking 10 and the Dorking Duathlon.
  • Dudley Ladies Running Club - Ladies only club in the West Midlands, catering for all abilities. Includes news, facility and meeting information, articles on advice and training, photos, videos, club apparel, and calendar.
  • Dulwich Runners - South London road and cross-country club with South African origins.
  • Ealing Southall and Middlesex Athletic Club - Meets six times a week at Perivale Track West London. Caters for all ages. Fixtures, results, records, and links.

  • Exmouth Harriers - Road and track club Open to any standard from novice up with a ladies' section which meets separately once a week. Site includes a news section and members' photos.
  • Falmouth Road Runners - Small but sociable club which caters for runners of all abilities from finely honed racing snakes to first time recreational runners.
  • Farnham Runners - Run for fitness and fun in and around the beautiful commons of Frensham, Tilford, Hankley and Crooksbury.

  • Gillingham Trotters - For all ages and abilites from 10 minute milers to marathon runners, with not-too-serious flying pig logo.
  • Gloucester Athletic Club - Provides training, coaching and competition in all forms of athletics for anyone aged 11 upwards, at all levels.
  • Grange Farm Trotters - Have an active social life in Little Dunmow, Nr Felsted, Essex and hold a 10k and a 10 mile race each year.
  • Great Western Runners - Bristol Club with 150 members of all standards, including one third women.
  • Guildford and Godalming AC - Caters for athletes of both sexes and all abilities, from 10 year olds to top class veterans. Organisers of the Hogs Back road race.
  • Halstead Road Runners - Organise the Halstead marathon in April each year.
  • Handy Cross Runners - For all levels and abilities, in High Wycombe Bucks.
  • Harrow AC - Formerly Old Gaytonians AC, based at the Roger Bannister stadium in Harrow Weald.
  • Harwich Running Club - Founded in 1982 by British international decathlete Roy Snow, and values the enjoyment, as well as the achievement, of healthy running.
  • Hastings Athletic Club - South coast club with strong emphasis on the promotion of athletics for young athletes.
  • Havant AC - South coast track and field club with coaches for all disciplines.
  • Hayle Runners - Cornwall's most westerly running club.
  • Headington Road Runners - Built firmly around its members, with the motto "Running together".
  • Heanor Running Club - Located in Derbyshire. Contains a history of the club, standards, race details and summaries, past results, pictures, and news items.
  • Heathfield Road Runners - (Sussex) A group of people from various walks of life who happen to enjoy running.
  • Heaton Harriers - One of the oldest running clubs in the North East and still going from strength to strength.
  • Helsby RC - A small friendly running club in Helsby, Cheshire (between Runcorn and Chester). Organise the Four Villages Half Marathon.
  • Henfield Joggers - West Sussex. Participate in local fun-run leagues, regional marathons, and international events.
  • Hercules Wimbledon AC - Running, jogging and fitness club in south-west London with strong cross-country tradition. Organise the "Barry Jones 10k" in May and the "Wimbledon Ten" held in October.
  • Hillingdon AC - Run, jump and throw in Ruislip Middlesex.
  • Hogweed Trotters - Chipping Sodbury, South Gloucestershire. club launched in November 2000 and has grown steadily each month to some sixty members currently.
  • Holme Pierrepont - Formed in the year following the first London Marathon; original emphasis was road running but cross-country and fell-running are now well established.
  • Horsforth Fellandale - Tired of Tarmac? Come running (or walking) in the open countryside.
  • Horsforth Harriers - West Yorkshire. Members take part in races from 10K through to marathon and beyond.
  • Horwich RMI Harriers - Formed in 1924, membership grew when Mike Short (British Fell champion on two occasions) became the catalyst for a successful spell attracting new members.
  • Ilford Athletics Club - Meets twice a week in Ilford, Essex, and makes newcomers most welcome.
  • Ilkley Harriers AC - Organises training, racing and social activities in West Yorkshire.

  • Metros Running Club - Road running club for all ages and abilities in London's Metroland.
  • Milton Keynes Athletic Club - Also known as Milton Keynes Tigers, provides facilities for all forms of amateur athletics.
  • Mornington Chasers - Central London club who organise the Regents Park 10k series. Site includes news and results.
  • Morpeth Harriers - Well organised, successful club who run the Morpeth to Newcastle Road Race.
  • Nidd Valley Road Runners - Social running club in the Harrogate district, North Yorkshire that organise the Guy Fawks 10 mile race.
  • North Fylde AC - Formed in 1985 by a group of civil servants in Blackpool. Started making their presence felt in the late 1990s. Welcomes athletes of all abilities and has 6 qualified coaches.
  • North Herts Road Runners - Lively and friendly Letchworth club who take part in road races, cross-country, athletics, and arrange social events.
  • Norwich Road Runners - Road running club based in Norwich, Norfolk, which covers all abilities. Welcomes women and junior members. Site has club history and recent results.
  • Orion Harriers - Cross-country club which likes getting dirty in Epping Forest.
  • Pitsea Running Club - For beginners to seasoned athletes in Basildon, Essex.
