KID’S DAY ROAD RACE

¼ Mile Fun Run – ½ Mile Fun Run – 1 Mile Fun Run – 5K Road Race-walkers welcome

WHEN: Sunday, July 12, 2009 (Kid’s Day Weekend)

     Registration: begins at 7:30 a.m.

                Kids Fun Runs begin at 8:30 a.m.  SHARP

                 5K - Walkers at: 9:00 a.m.  Runners & Wheelchairs at  9:15 a.m. 

WHERE: Race day registration at the Falls School next to Mason Field at the

                    corner of Jackson and Elm Streets in North Attleboro

FEE: 5 K ONLY $10.00 pre-registration (received by July 8)  $12.00 race day 

    KID’S RACES ARE FREE  -  Finishers medal to every kid!

In the consideration of the acceptance of this entry and my being permitted to participate in the Kid’s Day Road Races, I do release and hold harmless the North Attleboro Kid’s Day Association, Town of North Attleboro and the State of Massachusetts, all race organizers, directors, volunteers, and any sponsors from claims. In the consideration of the acceptance of this entry and my being permitted to participate in the Kid’s Day Road Races, I do release and hold harmless the North Attleboro firefighters cause of action or liability for personal injury, death, property damage, inconvenience, expense, or other loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which may result from or being connected in any way to my participation in the race. I recognize that racing and walking are potentially dangerous activities and that injuries may result from numerous risks, including, without limitation, weather and road conditions, vehicles and animals on the course, collisions with other runners and medical problems. I assume all such risk and represent that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the race of Fun/Walk/Run. I am also aware that my registration fee is non-refundable regardless of when I submit it.
